We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Senior Campaigns & Events Specialist to join our Growth & Intelligence Marketing**team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Campaigns & Events**
- Lead and own yearly campaigns & event calendars with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage campaigns & events end-to-end, from setting up the campaign brief, planning, copywriting, vendor management, actual day management and post campaign/event reporting
- Drive revenue through tactical campaigns that include in-store activations that drives footfall to our Castlery Flagship store.
- Support SG-based marketing campaigns and onsite initiatives

**Achieve Measurable Business Impact**
- Deep dive into conversion metrics to identify opportunities and next steps for optimisations to drive growth
- Align business objectives to scope, identify levers and innovate mechanics to drive revenue growth

**What you need to succeed**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sale campaign and event/project management. Experience in SG retail/furniture market is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Skilled in managing tight deadlines, adapting to shifting priorities, and balancing immediate goals with long-term strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to cross-collaborate effectively and efficiently, while keeping an open-mind
- Self-starter, initiative-driven and is a forward thinker
