1. Research and insight into customer demand, consumption habits and sensitive points, and conduct hierarchical management of customers

2. Formulated corresponding operation strategies for different customer groups, and was responsible for planning, organizing and implementing various private domain and member management actions and marketing activities, so as to improve customer drainage, retention, activation and conversion.

3. Responsible for daily maintenance of private domain and member customer groups

4. Use various methods to enhance the activity of customers and fans, enhance interaction, and improve customer loyalty

5. Continuously review the management actions and marketing activities of private domain and members, and continue to iterate and optimize based on customer insight

Job specification

1, 3 years or above experience in e-commerce operation, including 2 years or above experience in private domain/member /CRM/ community

2. Have complete and clear operation methods for private domain and member growth, activation and transformation; have successful practical experience; be familiar with online platforms and marketing methods

3. Like and good at communicating with customers, sensitive to customers' psychology and needs, logical thinking ability and data analysis ability

4. Active thinking, strong learning ability, patient, affinity and sense of responsibility

5. Extra points: I have an aesthetic taste for women's wear and an eye for matching
