Senior Consultant at Adecco | Information Technology Our client is a leading global player in telecommunications and consumer electronics, focused on advancing digital transformation and connectivity through innovation in 5G, cloud solutions, and AI across 170 countries. Responsibilities Spearhead technical pre‐sales efforts for AI infrastructure solutions aimed at the internet and media sector. Assist the country BDM in crafting sales strategies and market plans for the APAC OTT market , focusing on AI compute platforms. Collaborate with senior technical executives (CTOs, Infrastructure/Platform Heads) to understand their AI infrastructure requirements (training, inference). Design custom AI infrastructure architectures prioritizing performance, scalability, availability, and compliance. Align technical solutions with customer business objectives using offerings. Create solution playbooks, go‐to‐market materials, and reference architectures for key OTT/AI scenarios (e.g., AIGC, real‐time recommendations, model fine‐tuning). Identify and mitigate potential AI infrastructure bottlenecks (e.g., communication efficiency). Work with R&D to ensure solutions meet customer needs. Equip APAC sales and solutions teams with insights on AI infrastructure capabilities, best practices, and market trends. Share successful deployment methodologies and learnings. Strengthen the AI infrastructure ecosystem through customer, partner, and alliance engagement. Help enhance brand presence in the APAC AI infrastructure sector. Requirements Over 5 years in infrastructure/platform engineering or architecture, with a minimum of 3 years focused on designing and optimizing large‐scale AI/ML infrastructure. Experience in the internet/OTT space is preferred. Demonstrated track record in technical consulting and solution architecture, with a capacity to create AI infrastructure solutions that align with strategic customer goals and ICT investment. Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate complex AI infrastructure needs and develop optimal solutions. Keen understanding of AI infrastructure technologies, market trends, and evolving customer demands. Familiarity with regional compliance issues affecting AI deployment. Experience with ICT companies, cloud providers, or system integrators in infrastructure solutions is a significant advantage. Practical experience in AI infrastructure projects is highly regarded.
