Who May Apply
Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to greenfield projects with daily duties that include but aren\'t confined to:
Responsibilities
Own the full software development life cycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
Focus 60%~70% on frontend development: Build and optimize React (JavaScript/TypeScript) applications with strong emphasis on UI/UX, performance, and scalability. Develop reusable components, state management logic, and real-time data visualization dashboards. Implement best practices for frontend performance tuning (SSR, code splitting, caching, lazy loading).
Contribute 30%~40% on backend development: Extend and maintain backend services in Java + Spring Boot, integrating trading infrastructure, APIs, and databases. Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data flows between frontend and backend.
Collaborate with quant researchers and traders to turn models and workflows into production-ready tools.
Troubleshoot performance and latency issues across both frontend and backend systems.
Uphold best practices by writing clean, testable code and participating in code reviews and peer mentoring.
Requirements
2~8 years of experience in full-stack development with strong frontend focus (React/TypeScript/JavaScript).
Proven coding excellence — ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable production code.
Hands-on expertise with React (React Hooks, state management, component design, frontend architecture).
Practical backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot), relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and cloud-native environments.
Familiarity with event-driven systems, REST APIs, and real-time data processing.
Bonus points for: Experience with Next.js , AG Grid, or icejs. Exposure to high-performance/low-latency systems in fintech or trading. Prior work in quant trading, hedge funds, brokerages, or financial services.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
