About The Pioneer Talent Program: Are you an early-career professional ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of blockchain? The Pioneer Talent Program is designed to nurture ambitious individuals with full-time roles, hands-on experience through a tailored training curriculum, and 1:1 mentorship from industry leaders. You will gain exposure to Binance's blockchain ecosystem and build skills to thrive in Web3.
Who May Apply: Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance system, ensuring rationality and reliability.
Understand and apply blockchain technology, providing development support for the Web3 Wallet DEX project.
Collaborate within the team, participate in shaping technical architectures and solutions, stay updated on new technologies, and pursue emerging tech.
Drive adoption of innovative technologies and solutions, approaching problem-solving with an innovative mindset.
Requirements
2-5 years of Java development experience with a solid computer science foundation.
Proficient in multi-threaded programming, familiar with JVM, distributed middleware, caching, message queues, and MySQL performance tuning.
Familiarity with Spring Cloud; experience in designing and stabilizing large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, high-load, and high-availability systems is a plus.
Enthusiastic about technology with high standards for code quality and development processes; effective team communication and collaboration.
Strong logical thinking, problem analysis skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Understanding of blockchain technology; related project experience is preferred.
Beneficial Skills
Experience working on DEX.
Proven experience as a Web3 Developer.
Proficiency in smart contract languages like Solidity.
Understanding of algorithms and cryptography.
