The
Pioneer Talent Program
is designed for
early-career professionals
who are ready to kickstart their career in the blockchain space. Participants gain hands-on experience via a tailored training curriculum and personalized mentorship from industry leaders.
Job Location
As a
Data Engineer
within the Risk team, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to manage and process large-scale data, focusing on the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of robust data pipelines, data governance, scalable data architectures, and efficient systems.
Responsibilities
Collaboration with Risk Team :
Work closely with the business risk team to develop data systems that support risk management.
Data Mart Design & Maintenance :
Design and maintain the risk data mart, ensuring that the thematic data is reusable across different risk domains.
Data Asset Governance :
Oversee data assets, such as tables, metrics, labels, and dashboards. Implement and design governance standards and operational processes to ensure data quality and compliance.
Develop Data Products :
Work on driving the productization of risk data management, its construction, and its application.
Requirements
Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Technical Experience :
2-5 years of hands-on experience with big data technologies, including:
Hadoop, Spark, Presto, and Hive
Spark task optimization
Backend Development
experience with languages such as Java, Python, or
Solid understanding of
RESTful APIs ,
microservices architecture , and
server-side technologies .
Experience in
SQL and NoSQL
database management and design.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with
containerization tools
such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Skills :
Strong
analytical skills
and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent
communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Project management experience
and ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
Language Requirements :
Fluency in English
(required for coordination with global teams and stakeholders).
Additional languages
would be an advantage, especially for regional communication.
Domain Knowledge :
Familiarity with
risk-related business domains .
