The ideal candidate has to possess strong technical competency and experience, and the ability to articulate the problem and the solution, and be able to produce high quality results under tight time constraints and will contribute towards: Serving existing customers, to ensure business renewal (maintain and sustain). Soliciting new customers and business (grow). Growing a Business built on Sustainability and Wellness. Job Description What you will be doing: Articulate the suite of services / offerings professionally to existing and potential customers and working alongside senior management executives. Working with subject matter experts on solutioning and costing and putting together Bid Solutions and tender management process. Working with Compliance, Legal and Finance Teams on the commercial aspects. Customer Account Development and Management. Pitch convincingly the benefits of the company’s capabilities. Develop new opportunities by way of new business streams and new segments. Communicate with customers of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities; and concurrently build customer confidence and rapport to secure continued recurring and new business opportunities and ensure consistent branding and positioning. Facilitate and manage flow of information amongst all stakeholders / parties (internal and external). Perform other related duties as required or requested. You are: Minimally Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant discipline. Minimally 8 years of experience in product/ services in energy sustainability. Have good knowledge in various Building Management Systems. Excellent in communication as you will be required to work closely with clients of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
