Job Summary:

C&W Services is on a strategic path of business growth with the key objective of increasing its market share in a competitive Facilities Management & Engineering industry, whilst concurrently establishing itself as a company with high Corporate Social Responsibility and walking the talk on Sustainability.

The successful individual describes to be a dynamic individual with the ability to work independently, as a leader, as part of a team. The ideal candidate has to possess strong technical competency and experience, and the ability to articulate the problem and the solution, and be able to produce high quality results under tight time constraints and will contribute towards

  • Serving existing customers, to ensure business renewal (maintain and sustain).
  • Soliciting new customers and business (grow).
  • Growing a Business built on Sustainability and Wellness.

What you will be doing:

  • Articulate the suite of services / offerings professionally to existing and potential customers and working alongside senior management executives
  • Working with subject matter experts on solutioning and costing and putting together Bid Solutions and tender management process
  • Working with Compliance, Legal and Finance Teams on the commercial aspects.
  • Customer Account Development and Management
  • Pitch convincingly the benefits of the company’s capabilities.
  • Develop new opportunities by way of new business streams and new segments.
  • Communicate with customers of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities; and concurrently build customer confidence and rapport to secure continued recurring and new business opportunities and ensure consistent branding and positioning.
  • Facilitate and manage flow of information amongst all stakeholders / parties (internal and external).
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested


You are:

  • Minimally Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimally 8 years of experiences in product/ services in energy sustainability
  • Has good knowledge in various Building Management System
  • Excellent in communication as you will be required to work closely with clients of all levels to articulate the problems and solutions, and opportunities
