Be a part of something BIGMake an Impact By Design and review end-to-end AI solutions that are robust, scalable, and span data ingestion, model deployment, API orchestration, software development and business system integration across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments Architect and deliver solutions for the AI platform, encompassing Agentic AI, AI Workbench and Tooling, Model Garden, and AI Runtime environments. Publish design principle and reference AI solution patterns including selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and infrastructure for AI model development and operations Provide technical leadership in proof-of-concepts, innovation pilots, and vendor technology evaluations to accelerate adoption of emerging AI capabilities. Define reusable design patterns, reference implementations, and open standards to streamline AI deployment and ensure architectural consistency across business units. Stay at the forefront of AI and software advancements, including vector databases, context-aware agents, and orchestration protocols (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, A2A), assessing their relevance and integration potential within the enterprise. Lead and contribute to architecture reviews, design forums, and technical discussions to drive alignment across IT, Networks, and partner ecosystems. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring the enterprise remains future-ready in AI platform and application development. Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and junior solution architects. Assign tasks and review deliverables to ensure technical quality and alignment with architectural standards. Provide hands‐on technical guidance and support throughout the solution development lifecycle. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high‐performing team culture. Conduct regular feedback and performance reviews to support professional growth. Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, code quality, and solution design. Coordinate with cross‐functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Accountable and responsible for the architecture, end‐to‐end solution design, and successful delivery of AI solutions. Skills for Success Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, or related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI platform integration and API-driven systems. Proven expertise in designing, reviewing and approving end-to-end AI workflows, including data pipelines, model orchestration, and serving APIs across hybrid cloud environments. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams focused on software engineering and AI solution delivery. Strong background in designing AI/ML systems, cloud-native architectures, and API ecosystems. Hands‐on experience with cloud-based AI services such as Microsoft Azure ML, AI Foundry, AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, including model deployment, monitoring, and scaling. Experience with tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, GraphRAG, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLflow, Kubeflow, and related AI/ML orchestration technologies. Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of software architecture, development frameworks, and best practices. Proficient in API architecture and integration standards (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), with experience enabling secure and scalable interfaces between AI models and enterprise systems. Strong understanding of containerization, virtual machines, microservices, and MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines). Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate new AI technologies, frameworks, and vendor solutions into enterprise environments. Communicates complex AI concepts clearly and confidently to diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams. Effectively manages stakeholders across business, IT, and network domains to gain alignment and drive successful adoption of AI solutions. Collaborates seamlessly across cross-functional teams, bridging technical and non-technical groups to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Adapts quickly to evolving technologies and shifting business priorities, maintaining focus on long-term enterprise value. Strong technical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with the telco domain, IT systems, and data-driven use cases, with strong technical acumen and a keen interest in emerging AI and data technologies.
