Your Role We are seeking a hands‑on AI Solution Architect (Senior Consultant / Manager) – with recent experience in GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI to lead both client delivery and solution design. This is a hybrid role combining delivery leadership, technical architecture, and pre‑sales ownership. Ideal for a Lead/Senior AI/ML Engineer, Tech Lead, or Junior AI Architect who is ready to step into a broader solution architect role and keen to move into a consultative and client‑facing role while staying technical. Responsibilities Client facing and project delivery: Design and architect end‑to‑end GenAI/LLM‑based solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, vector databases, and orchestration layers Act as Solution Architect and/or Technical Lead on client projects—guiding technical teams and ensuring quality, scalability, and performance Lead and facilitate architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future‑state solutions Build and present demos and proof‑of‑conceptions using a variety of GenAI tools, frameworks, and models (open‑source or commercial) Commercial: Drive the technical side of pre‑sales, collaborating with sales and engagement teams to shape winning proposals Led the discovery workshop/session Technical: Stay hands‑on and up‑to‑date with evolving GenAI / Agentic AI tech stack: LLM APIs, prompt frameworks, agent orchestration, and cloud‑native ML tools, application, data platform, and AI platform Drive the technical capabilities and reusable technical assets, including reference architecture, code baseline, reference technical documentation template Drive all technical conceptual framework development and provide thought leadership in cooperation with other consulting colleagues Mentor junior engineers and ensure delivery excellence across engagements Your Profile More than 5 years’ experience in consulting or tech services 2–3 years of recent experience building or designing GenAI / RAG / Agentic AI systems Strong Data/AI/ML software engineering background with hands‑on experience in Python, APIs, embeddings, vector stores, and orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.), LLMOps/MLOps Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral), vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) or Cloud agnostic platform such as Databricks Experience with productionize AI/ML model and build application around it Experience working in consulting or system integrator (SI) firms with exposure to client‑facing delivery Good knowledge of AI/ML Comfortable leading technical teams and presenting to C‑level and enterprise architects Some exposure to insurance domain projects (e.g., claims, underwriting, chatbot, summarization) is a plus Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Consulting Industries: Business Consulting and Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Capgemini Invent by 2x Get notified about new Solutions Architect jobs in Singapore, Singapore .
