Roles & Responsibilities

JOBSCOPE

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Daily Upload and maintain new product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.
  • Oversee all e-commerce activities, from order placement to successful delivery.
  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately to fulfill requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control by tracking and reconciling physical stock.
  • Assist in monitoring online platforms, product listings, and promotions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in e-commerce such as Shopee , lazada , shopify , logistics, or related administrative work (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic online platform usage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok, Retailers on line portal) and creating compelling campaigns.
