Position Summary The Head of APAC Regional Marketing is an executive-level (SVP) role that partners with Global Marketing and Customer Success leaders to position SAP as a leader, achieve cloud revenue objectives, and drive measurable market growth in APAC across ANZ, Greater China, India, Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Ideal Candidate 15+ years of marketing experience with proven leadership in large teams. Recent experience managing regional markets and translating global strategy to local activation. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; advanced degree highly preferred. Ability to take strategy from vision to execution at scale; data‑driven, outcome‑focused. Strong executive presence, collaborative, agile, and comfortable leading change in fast‑paced environments. Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals across all demand sources. Develop and implement agile, differentiated marketing strategies spanning the entire customer lifecycle, including acquisition, expansion, and adoption. Provide strategic direction while ensuring alignment and collaboration across regional teams and with Global Marketing corporate functions during joint business planning. Run a disciplined governance model to track performance management and clear results reporting. Partner with all demand sources (sales, digital, partner, and global marketing) to build an integrated regional marketing strategy aligned to business priorities. Marketing Operations Excellence Foster cross‑functional alignment to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact. Lead the marketing team toward operational excellence, ensuring scalability and continuous learning. Manage the marketing budget effectively and set clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for all initiatives. Build, develop, and retain a high‑performing, inclusive marketing team.
