Customer Service Executive (With Attractive Commission) Full time Maintain good relationships with key customers by providing sales support, product information, and visiting when needed. Handle customer inquiries and feedback. Prepare quotations and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Follow up closely with customers on quotations. Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) / Sales Orders (SO) and arrange delivery. Arrange installation and demonstration of packaging and warehousing machines and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers (quotations, orders). Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior. Job Requirement 3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or related indoor sales roles. Proficiency in SAP B1 is advantageous. Customer-oriented with good customer relationship management skills. A good team player, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. Possess strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Independent and self-motivated, with a desire to acquire new knowledge; proactive with a positive working attitude. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize effectively and accomplish assignments on time. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel overseas when needed.
