Senior Associate, CFD Operations (1 year contract)CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. is an award‐winning integrated financial services provider, offering equities trading, leveraged products, wealth management, investment banking, research, structured products and prime brokerage services in over 15 countries. Job Responsibilities: Daily Reconciliations – Ensure cash and positions are accurately balanced against prime brokers to maintain financial integrity. Corporate Actions Processing – Manage incoming corporate action events and ensure accurate reflection in client and clear accounts. Regulatory Reporting – Handle regulatory submissions and respond to inquiries from clients and regulatory bodies with professionalism and accuracy. Oversee cash collateral processes with prime brokers under ISDA/CSA agreements, ensuring compliance with segregated fund regulations. Operational Support & Issue Resolution – Collaborate with internal teams to manage daily operations and swiftly investigate and resolve client or stakeholder inquiries. Work closely with developers to support projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance operational workflows. Liaise with external vendors to streamline operations and improve service delivery. Take ownership of client concerns, respond promptly, and escalate to superiors when necessary for resolution. Process Automation – Build and maintain VBA modules to automate and optimize daily tasks. Team Support – Assist and support superiors with day‐to‐day operational matters and contribute to team success. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree holder. Above 5 years of working experience in Financial Markets Operations, preferably in OTC Derivatives. A dynamic, spontaneous, and passionate individual with strong trade lifecycle operational support skills. Meticulous with good organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and display strong initiative and resourcefulness. Team player with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Well‐versed with Microsoft Office and able to program using VBA. Process‐oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast‐paced environment. Must be flexible to work early hours or after hours due to need to cover the post‐trade processing cycle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
