The Head of Business Management and Platforms (CFD) will play a pivotal role in assisting to oversee the strategic direction, management, and optimization of our CFD product business operations and platforms. This individual will be responsible for driving efficiency, innovation, and growth across the department while ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the list below.

**Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible to:

- Assist Product Head with strategic planning and execution of the business plans.
- Produce senior management reports required for various internal forums/committees to monitor the business growth and identity area of improvements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Risk, Dealing and cross product teams) to manage day to day product matters and drive initiatives.
- Manage counterparty and broker relationships in terms of documentation, commercial and product improvements.
- Assist Sales team to maintain client relationships and regular product trainings.
- Manage CFD platforms for support, maintenance and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance CFD customer experience.
- Manage CFD vendors and partners relationship, invoice processing and cost management.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders for various collaboration initiatives. Mentor CFD business management team for professional and personal growth.

**Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a role overseeing business operations, process improvement, and digital platform management.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excel in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
