Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries, distributors, and valued customers effectively and efficiently.

  • The role requires meticulous attention to the progress and implementation of business strategies for customers in emerging markets.
  • This position involves coordination of IATF audits with external and internal auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer concerns and inquiries related to the technical aspects of products and services
  • Liaising with Head Office in Japan and/or ASEAN subsidiaries on Quality Assurance matters
  • Attending to the progress and implementation of business strategies for customers in emerging markets
  • Coordinating IATF audits with external and internal auditors

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold at least a degree in Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related engineering field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronics industry with strong Customer Service acumen
  • Fluency in spoken and written Japanese is required to communicate with our Japanese business partner
  • Regional business environment experiences and a Class 3 driving license would be advantageous though not an essential
  • Keen aptitude to learn, self-driven with good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a flair to solve problem meticulously and independently with minimum supervision
