Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales consultation and technical support, addressing customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
  • Offer technical assistance on computer systems, applications, and devices to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and knowledge base articles to support users and team members.
  • Assist in new product certification processes and manage certification renewals.
  • Support the organization's operational efficiency by ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills. They should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, as well as minimum 3–5 years of hands-on technical support experience.
