Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Support Specialist.

This position requires an individual with exceptional technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our customers.

  1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and evaluation of new products/software before launch.
  2. They will also provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers and businesses regarding technical, hardware, and system issues.
  3. In addition, they will configure TV setups and other devices, such as Android/Apple devices.
  4. Diagnosing and troubleshooting onsite issues independently is another key responsibility.
  5. Recording and updating test and service reports promptly is essential.
  6. Performing in-house repair and maintenance of TVs exchanged by customers is also required.
  7. Supporting warehouse disposal activities is another duty of this role.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an onsite TV Technician or relevant role.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Educational qualification: at least Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, or higher in IT, Electronics, or related fields.
