Job Description

The Position

  • You will be a founder representing Organon’s presence in the Women’s Health space which includes Contraceptives, Menopausal Hormonal Therapy, PPH and Fertility. Organon’s vision statement is “We envision a better and healthier every day for every woman”. Therefore, this role will be a crucial driver of Organon’s vision in Singapore.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring demand, access and growth for Organon’s Women’s Health brands in Singapore.

  • You will lay the groundwork for expansion of Organon in the Singapore Women’s Health Segment

Responsibilities

  • Customer business and scientific engagement, focusing on O&Gs (inc Fertility Specialists), Endocrinologists and GPs/ Family Physicians, from both the private and public sector to generate demand for Organon Women’s Health products, leading to sales target achievement and performing non-sales KPIs such as relationship building etc

  • Present and/or demonstrate Organon’s products to physicians and healthcare providers through face-to-face engagements, small group presentations and discussions

  • Partner closely with Clinical Educator to identify and coordinate ongoing customer engagement and training activities in hospitals and clinics

  • Execute sales campaigns, and collaborate with manager and occasionally cluster team to define sales campaigns and activities etc

  • Gather information and work cross-functionally to co-develop segmentation and targeting criteria with manager and SFE team to generate territorial insights and optimize coverage on a regular basis

  • Handle routine follows up and customer enquiries

  • Regular self-assessment of sales performance, opportunities and risks review and discussion with manager

  • Always act and function with the highest level of ethics and integrity

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science-related disciplines such as Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry) or related disciplines.

  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (with at least 2 years in an MNC covering private specialists)

  • Prior experience covering O&Gs (inc Fertility Specialists) and/or Endocrinologists in Singapore will be advantageous

  • Consultative Selling skills – Ability to articulate a detailing call fluently using the call flow rubric/ customer focus interaction (CFI) tool to conduct progressive HCP interactions

  • Customer and Territory Business Planning

  • Digital Knowledge and Application - Champion the adoption of digital tools (e.g. Veeva Engage, rep email, etc.) to increasingly deliveromnichannel interactions to target customers

  • Customer-centricity and ability to handle both internal and external stakeholders

  • High ownership and independence.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player and can work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Singapore Citizen / PR

  • Possess a valid class 3 driving license and have access to a car for job requirement
