Centre Director for Women's Health and Wellbeing

The Global Centre for Women's Health is an international platform dedicated to addressing women's major health concerns across the lifespan. Our centre aims to foster strong working relationships with a multidisciplinary team of internal and external stakeholders, global partners, and collaborators, to develop and implement strategies that align with our overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the centre.
  • Work with the Centre Director and track in-charges to oversee administrative, business, and operational functions of the multi-track centre.
  • Support the development of educational offerings and research initiatives including logistics and costings.
  • Manage medical research projects and initiatives to optimize shared resources, budgets, and operational processes.
  • Foster long-term collaborations with funding partners.
  • Lead management efforts to adapt to evolving needs of the centre.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a managerial role overseeing interdependent units or operation.
  • Prior experience in medical research projects, medical education, or financial and fundraising activities.
  • Capacity to work with students, scholars, and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong leadership, written, and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Meticulous and keen appreciation of documentation.

Our main hub is in Singapore and we conduct cutting-edge research on the health and wellbeing of women and their families, narrowing gaps between research, policy, and practice, and improving health outcomes and well-being of women, children, and families.
