Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Senior Executive/Manager to lead sales growth and oversee daily operations for our salon and massage furniture business. This role involves managing customers, coordinating production, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth end-to-end service. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance Manage customer inquiries, product demos, quotations, and follow-ups Build strong relationships with salons, spas, and distributors Coordinate order processing, payments, deliveries, and after-sales support Manage online sales channels (Google, social platforms, marketplace listings)Monitor inventory and work closely with production, warehouse and logistics personnels Provide customer service and follow-up Suggest sales improvements May be asked to perform ad-hoc admin duties Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business or related field (preferred), other discipline with at least 3 years sales experience can be considered 3–5 years experience in sales or operations (beauty/furniture industry a plus)Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Good organizational skills and ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook email writing, Business Whatsapp Responsible, hands-on, and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
