Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requests, assisting in coordinating service and repair jobs, managing administrative tasks, liaising with suppliers and customers, and ensuring efficient daily operations of the service centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and walk-in.
  • Assist in coordinating service and repair jobs.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoicing.
  • Liaise with suppliers, technicians, and customers.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the service centre.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in admin or customer service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
