About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated administrative services coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections on all building services, equipment, and facilities.
- Evaluate service providers' performance against contract specifications.
- Respond promptly to emergency service breakdowns.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the renewal of contracts, insurance, certificates, and licenses before expiry dates.
- Coordinate and attend council meetings and AGMs, including preparing notices, agendas, documents, and recording minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and files of correspondence and documents.
- Monitor payments and manage arrears recovery.
- Collaborate with solicitors on recovering arrears and other matters.
- Develop budgets for management and sinking funds.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- No prior work experience necessary, but ability to work independently required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel essential.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with smart estate apps and digital platforms advantageous.
