Job title: Project Specialist – Physical Security

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our Security Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and ensuring the successful delivery of security system projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors to meet project requirements, timelines, and budgets while maintaining the highest standards of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Project: Support the project manager in designing security systems, estimate the budget, preparing the technical requirements and RFP documents.
• Review Documents: Evaluate proposals from security vendors for the technical requirements, review layout drawings, existing system configuration, programming sheet, and handover document to ensure compliance with business standard.
• Status and update: Monitor the progress of the project, weekly report from the vendor, key milestone dates and provide regular update to the project manager and global security team.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the Regional Security Command Center (RSCC), enterprise IT, stakeholders, general contractor and the vendors for necessary information, coordination, commissioning, and rectification to complete the project with operational requirement.
• Ensure compliance of door hardware with security standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in project management.
• Experience with physical security such as Milestone CCTV system and Lenel Card Access, Alarm system.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet given schedules.
• Committed individual with initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communicator with excellent coordination skills.
