We’re searching for an experienced Project Specialist to contribute to Clixer+’s growth by keeping projects on schedule and within scope and budget, working toward high efficiencies and flawless execution. On a
day to day, the Project Specialist aligns projects with business goals, constructs detailed work plans, manages teams, achieves milestones, and communicates the result across a stakeholder audience.

**Project Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure department’s team project work activities are well coordinated.
2. Perform project administrative duties including disseminate project information, monitor project activities milestones, develop and maintain project deliverables, gather and input data into database,
and generating documents such as SOW, acceptance test, certificate of completion etc.
3. Organise project meetings and prepare related materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral.
4. Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes accurately.
5. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
6. Engage vendors and systems integrators independently for project implementation, maintenance operations and system troubleshooting activities.
7. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, procurement management, in collaboration with team members from various
functional departments.
8. Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project and engineering team adheres to project requirements.
9. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management as needed - escalating issues as necessary on project work plans.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
11. Act as a point of communication between company teams and external resources.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Infocomm Technology or Information Technology.
2. Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience particularly in planning scope and timeline planning etc.
3. Proven experience in managing at least a few mid-sized to big size projects to relate better in preparing project management plan.
4. Experience and understand project lifecycle phases from initiation to closure.
6. Possess basic IT technical knowledge and able to understand technical jargons in servers, switches, and software. Updates job knowledge on new IT products.
7. Able to prioritise activities and deliver datelines on time in time pressured environment and within budget.
8. Meticulous and possess an eye for detail with a high degree of accuracy.
9. Dependable and can be relied on to uphold responsibilities without having to be micromanaged.
10. Proven success working with various functional team.
11. Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
12. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
13. Strong teamwork and client-facing skills.
14. Able to draft and maintain proper documentation such as statement of work, project management plan, acceptance test etc with ability to update appropriate content/context.
