We're looking for a **People Operations & Project Specialist** for Trust Bank. We're a small, but growing Digital Bank, with new and exciting problems to solve. We work in project-based sprints in small, interdisciplinary teams.

As a **People Operations & Project Specialist**, you'd be able to work on and solve some of the many interesting challenges we are facing, learn new ways of working, and build delightful employee experience for our team.

**The Role Responsibility**:

- Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition_
- Support the Bank's graduate and internship hiring programs
- Sourcing and Selection _
- (Where possible) conducting pure research and name generation activities;
- Process Coordination and stakeholder management_
- Key liaison between shared services team (GPS) and People team including Talent Acquisition Partners and People Operations & Risk Specialist.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs, coaching them to deliver best practice recruitment and prompt feedback, ensuring that credibility is earned quickly and the role holder is sought out for advice and engaged at the outset of all recruitment;
- Reporting & System Management_
- Support in People administrative matters.
- Transformation_
- Be part of the core team that is responsible for the review of People processes in the bank, with priority to Talent Acquisition.
- Lead the build of new and fit for purpose People processes for the bank, with the intent to introduce new model of People support for digital banks in GPS and sets the standard for GPS team in future years.
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with the bulk of this experience in in-house recruitment and has extensive experience in GPS/ shared service teams
- Extensive experience as a super user on ATS systems (preference on Greenhouse and / or Taleo)
- Able to deal with high recruitment volumes, managing multiple vacancies at any time across a variety of disciplines;
- Ability to deal with conflict, and remain positive when under pressure;
- Customer-focused approach with sound reasoning skills and the ability to screen and interview applicants while making sound judgments on suitability for the role / organization;
- Experienced in process improvement and has been involved in transformation projects
- Strong project management skills
