Role Overview:
As a Sales Lead in the Insurance vertical at Capgemini, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Capgemini’s goals in the insurance sector. Identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurance clients. Understand their business challenges and propose relevant solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and KPIs. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
Work with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive and client-centric solutions.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and internal policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT sales in insurance and financial domain, preferably in a leadership or consulting role.
Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex client engagements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
Experience working in a global consulting or IT services environment
