Marketing & Sales Specialist in Corporate Gifting
As a Marketing & Sales Executive for our Corporate Gifting business, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with corporate clients. Your focus will be on developing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across various corporate sectors such as IT, finance, FMCG, and hospitality.
Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understanding client needs and recommending suitable gifting solutions, whether customized, branded, or themed.
Building a vendor pool and fostering strong vendor relations to secure competitive quotes.
Preparing and delivering quotations, proposals, and closing sales deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
In the realm of marketing, you will:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials like brochures, catalogs, and emailers.
Maintain a digital presence through social media and email marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and competitor offerings for strategic refinement.
Client servicing is a critical aspect of the role, where you will:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Ensure seamless coordination with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Provide post-sale support and address any client concerns or feedback promptly.
To qualify for this position, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or the corporate gifting industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
The ability to think creatively and develop customized gifting solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or events as required.
Preferred skills that would be beneficial include:
Knowledge of branding, merchandising, or packaging.
Experience in seasonal campaigns such as Diwali, Christmas, or New Year gifting.
Efficient management of multiple client accounts.
