About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reservation Expert. As a key member of our reservation team, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received via various channels.
  • Determine guest reservation requirements and recommend suitable room types based on availability and rate.
  • Verify room type and rate availability before confirming reservations.
  • Clearly explain hotel policies, including guarantee, special rates, and cancellation procedures, to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special guest requests.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and accommodations to guests.
  • Pursue sales techniques to maximize revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Update and access data within the reservation system accurately and efficiently.
  • Elevate reservations by applying appropriate rate codes and inputs into the system.
  • Address guest concerns and needs through proper escalation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems and Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, providing support to colleagues when needed.
