About the Role

A Reservation Expert will serve as the primary point of contact for room reservations at a hotel. This individual must provide exceptional service and influence guest decisions to stay at the property.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Convert inquiries into contracted business quickly
  2. Respond positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads
  3. Identify sales leads and respond accordingly
  4. Provide highly professional service to guests, ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to their expectations
  5. Offer prompt and efficient service while maintaining hotel brand standards
Requirements
  1. Prior experience in a reservation environment is an asset
  2. Tertiary qualifications or other collegiate-level degree
