Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Regional Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional operations, ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards, and representing the organization at internal and external stakeholder meetings.

The role involves monitoring compliance to national and international quality standards and related regulations, participating in quality-related activities such as audits, qualification programs, and claims, and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure timely completion of project deadlines.

In addition, the Regional Operations Executive will be responsible for creating and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting internal and external training sessions, coordinating with IT teams for system enhancements, and managing testing for IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation/International Business, with 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry, Air/Ocean freight experience being a plus.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in at least one aspect of freight forwarding operations either Export or Import. A good team player with detail-oriented and time management skills is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation/International Business
  • 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry, Air/Ocean freight experience a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in at least one aspect of freight forwarding operations either Export or Import
