Purpose of your role
We're looking for an outstanding Partnership Manager to join our Singapore commercial team. As a crucial member of the team, you'll be the driving force behind the expansion of our partner base; generating, onboarding, and acquiring high-quality new relationships through new partner acquisition and growing existing partner relationships. You'll work closely with our BDM and client management team to deliver new corporate clients, taking ownership of our success and driving revenue growth. This is a chance to showcase your sales skills and be at the forefront of OFX's Asia growth.
What you do
Use your sales expertise to acquire new partnerships especially in the accounting space.
Grow and manage an existing portfolio of partners with a focus on increasing revenue and generating new interest through referrals
Showcase your sales skills by presenting and explaining OFX's value proposition, products, and services to potential partners and underlying clients
Collaborate with OFX's broader team to stay ahead of industry compliance regulations, legal adjustments, product advancements, and distribution channels, putting OFX ahead of the curve
Exceed KPI targets with your commitment to success, track and record your activity on accounts, and use your skills to support closing deals, driving success and growth for our team.

What you bring
Qualifications
University Degree is preferred.
Knowledge, skills & experience
Sales, business development or partner acquisition experience of at least 4 - 5 years, with a hunger for success and an attitude to keep going until you succeed
Experience selling to Accountants/Advisors in Singapore is essential
Experience within the payments or financial services industry will be highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills, the ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and strong attention to detail
A passion for growing external partnerships, contributing to a collaborative team environment, and growing strategic relationships from inception to scale
