Job Summary: Up to $10,000 AWS, Performance Bonus 5 Days Work Week Located at Penjuru Job Responsibilities: Drive year-over-year revenue growth by building strategic partnerships and expanding market reach beyond Singapore. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in warehousing, medical devices, and automation solutions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and sales leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract finalization, addressing customer pain points and fulfilling their requirements. Collaborate with the Pre-sales team to deliver innovative solutions and competitive pricing for both existing and potential customers. Formulate and execute business strategies to increase market presence and capture new opportunities. Leverage pharmaceutical expertise to identify and develop new business lines and opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and expand existing product lines. Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of emerging trends and align offerings with market demands. Proactively monitor and analyze competitor activities, implementing tactical actions to defend and strengthen the company’s market position. You are eligible to apply if you possess the following criteria: Bachelor Degree in any discipline A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business development within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, particularly with integrated logistics service providers or supply chain operations. Class 3 Driving license Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. Results-driven and detail-oriented, with excellent planning and analytical abilities. Strong capability to identify customer pain points and develop tailored, effective solutions.
