We are specializing in concert merchandise for global artists , including garments and fashion accessories, our company values detail-oriented, proactive individuals who can efficiently manage the production process.
We will provide training on exporting and importing process and sourcing skills .
This role is to source merchandis and coordinate production in SEA countries, the ability to provide quick feedback . If you are diligent and highly organized .T his role is an ideal fit for you
Job Highlights:
Stable Job Security - 5-day work week (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide quick and efficient feedback to vendors and internal teams.
  • Oversee shipment tracking via FedEx, Ninjavan, freight forwarders, etc.
  • Assist on reviewing and approving merchandise designs to ensure they meet project goals.

Sourcing & Vendor Management:
  • Source materials and manufacturers across SEA (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.).
  • Negotiate pricing and production timelines with vendors.
  • Conduct factory visits to ensure production quality and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for efficient production sourcing .

Budget & Documentation:
  • Track expenses, cost variances, and overall budget for each project.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
  • Maintain detailed records of production activities and import/export documents .
  • Generate and review tech packs and sample measurements for production accuracy.

Import/Export & Logistics:
  • Oversee import/export compliance and documentation for smooth cross-border transactions.
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements and work closely with freight forwarders for the best rates.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods while managing any potential customs or regulatory issues.

Event Support (As Needed):
  • Assist with merchandise logistics for live events and tours.
  • Occasionally provide on-site support during concerts and pop-up events.

✅ Requirements:
✔ Highly diligent, detail-oriented, and quick in providing feedback.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
✔ Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus but not mandatory).
✔ Experience in production, event merchandising, or fashion is an advantage.
