Job Title: Senior Project Development Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Project Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of resources, legal templates, and strategic initiatives across our wealth planning solutions.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of resource management databases, legal templates, product guides, frameworks, and flowcharts.
  • Support the assessment and onboarding of complex structures and transactions across wealth planning solutions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal/tax advisors.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training for Relationship Managers, Wealth Planners, and Trustee Trust Managers.
  • Review, comment, and analyze legal and tax opinions.
  • Monitor new laws, regulations, and developments; draft updates via Wealth Planning Briefs and Fact Sheets.
  • Support the Head of WPSH and team on strategic initiatives, including managing project timelines and maintaining the WPSH resource repository.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the private wealth space, with familiarity in wealth planning solutions.
  • A legal background or training in accountancy is preferred but not mandatory.
  • STEP qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in AI and leveraging GenAI tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and adept at maintaining resource databases.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy.
