Project Development Leader Opportunity
The Role:
We are seeking a senior project development specialist to lead the development of detailed design documents for large-scale projects. This involves creating process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and system layouts.
- Conduct thorough engineering calculations for equipment sizing, material selection, and system design.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of gas, chemical, and water waste systems into overall project designs.
- Evaluate innovative technologies and engineering solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering roles related to gas, chemical, or water waste systems.
- Strong expertise in engineering calculations, equipment selection, and detailed design development.
- Familiarity with process safety management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
- Maintain excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
