Job Title: Senior Engineering Specialist for Underground Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Specialist to lead our underground projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, tunneling operations, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide planning and engineering supervision to bored tunnelling operations from a safety, quality, and productivity viewpoint.
  • Ensure that work is done in compliance with established protocols and project requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience in handling tunnelling projects, including excavation, construction, and quality control.
  • A strong understanding of risk assessment, safety analysis, and assurance principles.
  • The ability to work under compressed air and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and BIM software.
