Handle written enquiries related to individual income tax and/or property tax. Encourage taxpayers to fulfil their tax obligations by promoting the use of digital services. Promote and guide taxpayers in using e-services and the chatbot. Perform day-to-day administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Possesses minimum GCE 'A' Level. Self-motivated individual and able to handle > 20 cases per day. Candidates aspiring to work in the tax industry or had prior work experiences in tax are welcome to apply.
