The role involves client acquisition and management, team leadership, strategy development, campaign management, performance analysis, team collaboration, and business development within target industries.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and managing new clients- Lead and oversee the social media team, including hiring, training, and performance management- Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives- Develop, launch, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and ensure a seamless client experience- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency's client baseQualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing and management- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools- Ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies- Understanding of digital marketing and branding- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approachCompensation:- Commission-based tied to agency revenue and performance metrics- Potential for performance-based bonuses and incentivesPerks:- Flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule- Opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic team- Potential for career growth and advancement within the agencyThis part-time role offers 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule working from home, Monday to Friday.
