Technical Project Manager (D365 CE & .NET/C# Applications)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and custom-built applications developed in .NET/C#. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, hands-on experience with CRM systems, and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of D365 CE implementations and enhancements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices, conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure proper integration between D365 CE and other enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate UAT and facilitate go-live activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party software providers when needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise environments.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Experience leading teams building .NET/C# applications, including architecture understanding and code reviews.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data migrations, and APIs.
  • Solid experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
