**About the Role**:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technical projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction. This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Execution**:
Analyze project requirements and define clear deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
Lead and motivate technical teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.
Foster a collaborative work environment; participate in hiring and training if needed.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:
Identify potential risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
Implement contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Communicate progress, status, and potential roadblocks clearly.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
Manage project budgets and track expenses.
Ensure efficient use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
- **Project Monitoring and Control**:
Monitor progress against milestones and project plans.
Manage change requests and control scope creep with appropriate approvals.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation.
- **Technical Understanding**:
Stay informed about technical aspects of the project.
Research and evaluate relevant hardware and software technologies.
- **Process Improvement**:
Continuously analyze and improve project management and technical workflows.
- **Meeting Facilitation**:
Organize and lead project meetings (kick-off, status updates, reviews).
