Account relationship manager

This is an opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients with business in different sectors. The candidate shall be the main point of contact and coordinate between clients, third party, authority, and co-colleagues.
ResponsibilitiesAct as key point of contact between clients and Hawksford’s colleagues to handle full suite of incorporation & business support services for clients.
Build and maintain excellent client relationships via regular communication.
Identify opportunities to generate further revenue/business with all clients under management.
Ensure that clients' assignments and requests are completed in a timely manner.
Provide guidance to junior team members.
Participate in business development activities, including delivering presentations, attending events, business trips, etc.
Work on ad-hoc projects related to client management and business development.
Required Skills & ExperienceDegree Holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related studies.
Hands-on experience in accounting, audit and taxation advisory for Singapore business entity.
Proficiency in written/spoken Mandarin at business level required for working with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proven track record in client servicing/management, ideally in the corporate services industry.
Interpersonal and networking experience/skills for building and developing relationships with clients and prospects.
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Well-mannered and with excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
Can-do attitude with good time management skills.
