We are looking for a highly skilled Content and Community Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and publishing high-quality content across various social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our strategist and founder to develop and implement content plans, manage publishing workflows, and maintain community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters using MailerLite and Wix.
  • Edit podcast/video clips from Riverside for social media use.
  • Repurpose content into graphics, reels, and stories using Canva and Instagram Edits/CapCut.
  • Maintain content calendars and workflows in Trello.
  • Monitor engagement and flag opportunities to improve reach and consistency.
  • Support ad-hoc content administration and campaign-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed management).
  • Strong knowledge of Canva for visuals and video edits.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Experience with MailerLite or similar newsletter platforms.
  • Basic ability to extract and edit content from Riverside.fm.
  • Knowledge of Trello or other project management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
