For our Singapore office, we are looking for a highly skilled
PA | VIP Manager
Booking of hotels, transfers, flights, etc., including negotiating with suppliers
VIP service — follow-up services from providers, including hotel management
Structuring travel itineraries for HNW/UHNW clients
Other admin tasks: preparing trips including restaurant reservations, activities, and more; following up on invoices; posting on social media, etc.
Supporting leadership on a day-to-day basis, e.g., arranging client meetings, internal admin
Qualifications:
Minimum of ten years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury travel planning, concierge services, events planning, PA roles, or similar
Insight, interest, and network within high-end/luxury hospitality management, arts, etc.
Personality: service-oriented, proactive, driven, attentive to detail, structured
Preferably a university degree
Command of Chinese language
