Additionally, you will undergo training to develop the skills and knowledge required for nonsupervisory roles, as well as supervisory roles and responsibilities. This will enable you to lead and manage both operations and management effectively.

Your duties will include performing tasks in the best interest of the company, upholding our corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values, and following all policies and procedures accordingly.

Furthermore, you will assist with the hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions, and undertake any other jobs or duties assigned by our Chief Chef from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Higher Nitec in Culinary Arts/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any related field, have a fresh graduate perspective, and demonstrate good working attitude, teamwork, interpersonal communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiasm, and initiative.
