Job Title: Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious culinary team member to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key player in our culinary operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within assigned sections of the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistency in food quality.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times.
  • Support the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Monitor food quality and report any discrepancies or issues to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
  • Contribute to menu development and suggest new ideas for dishes or improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen trainees.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure seamless service during peak periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and presentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols.
