Job Title: Digital Sales and Marketing Professional
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing brand presence across digital channels. This role combines lead generation, client acquisition, and execution of digital campaigns to expand market reach and deliver measurable results.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and enhance brand presence;
  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels;
  • Managing and growing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals;
  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms;
  • Creative content creation for social media, email, and digital ads to generate leads;
  • Tracking and reporting performance metrics for both sales activities and marketing campaigns;
  • Conducting market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a digital environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing software.
