The Business Development Manager’s primary role of an **“Experienced Hunter”**, and your primary duty is to acquire new clients and reconnect existing clients to engage our website development and broad spectrum of digital marketing services.
You **MUST** have proven corporate sales experiences in digital media, online marketing, advertising or corporate sales. Your remuneration consists of Basic Salary + Commission + Additional Performance Incentives, hence your income is directly influenced by your hunger and tenacity to succeed in this role. **If you think you have what it takes to succeed, why wait, click on "APPLY" below immediately.**
**Responsibilities**
- Prospect new clients via any suitable methods, including cold calling.
- Propose digital services that will help client’s business & marketing goals.
- Be a strong communicator and advisor to your client for their digital marketing needs.
- Provide excellent client service by responding quickly and proactively to client requests.
- Stay up to date with different online ad formats and digital marketing trends to build knowledge base.
- Manage a small team.
- Assist in the company’s new development projects.
**Requirements**:
- No work pass required
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant advertising/digital sales/web development environment is necessary
- Applicants who possess Google or Facebook Ads certification will be an advantage.
- Possesses superb communications skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Able to consistently achieves sales revenue target
- Confident and resourceful with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to think out of the box.
- Strong ability to push for sales closure
- Proficient in producing winning marketing proposals
- Team lead experience is an advantage
