Customer Success Specialist - Gujarati- Penang (Need to relocate)
You are invited to join our team in Penang, Malaysia as a Gujarati-Speaking Customer Service Representative. As part of our global organization, you will have the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in customer service.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in Gujarati and English through phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all customers.Key responsibilities include managing customer queries, assisting with product/service-related questions, complaints, and technical issues, providing accurate information and timely solutions, documenting all interactions, and updating systems. In cases of complexity, you will escalate them accordingly. Meeting performance targets while delivering excellent customer satisfaction is crucial for this role.To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess fluency in both Gujarati and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is advantageous. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Flexibility to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.
