EHS Leadership Position

Job Description
EHS Professionals with a background in data centers are needed to lead and oversee the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local EHS regulations and international standards, managing real-time response and coordination of EHS incidents, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, designing and maintaining process documentation, and establishing cross-functional collaboration mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement EHS management systems tailored to data center operations
- Manage EHS alerts, incidents, and audits
- Promote a safety culture through training, awareness programs, and feedback
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in EHS management in data centers or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore EHS regulations and international standards such as ISO
- Hands-on experience in emergency response and incident management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mandarin proficiency
